1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Live Products (Bait & Feeder Insects)

Due to the perishable nature of live bait and reptile feeder insects, the following rules apply:

  • Health & Viability: We guarantee that all live products leave our facility in peak health and condition.

  • Shipping & Temperature: Glass City Bait & Tackle is not responsible for losses due to extreme weather conditions or carrier delays. It is the customer's responsibility to be present for delivery.

  • No Returns: For bio-security and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on any live organisms once they have left our custody or our partner locations. For our full return policy, please visit this link.

3. Wholesale & Store Locator

The "Store Locator" is provided as a convenience to help customers find our wholesale partners.

  • Inventory Disclaimer: While we supply these 28+ locations, we do not manage their daily inventory. We recommend calling the specific location (using the info provided on our map) to confirm current stock levels.

  • Partner Conduct: Glass City Bait & Tackle is not responsible for the independent business practices or hours of operation of our wholesale partners.

4. Gift Cards (E-Gift & Physical)

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

  • Lost/Stolen: Glass City Bait & Tackle is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your digital codes like cash.

  • Expiration: Unless otherwise stated by local law, our gift cards do not expire.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. This includes local fishing reports, which are subject to rapid environmental changes. Use our "fishing tips" at your own risk—the fish don't always follow the rules!

6. Limitation of Liability

Glass City Bait & Tackle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to, the health of reptiles fed with our insects or the success of fishing trips using our tackle.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
